1. The hero
Select Look Hero on Home. Swap the portrait for your own extreme close-up and set Eye X / Eye Y to where the iris sits: the scroll zoom pushes into that point. Change the script words and the stat triplet.
2. The orange
Colours live in the Orange, Orange Deep, Ember, White, Ink and Cream styles. Grade every photo warm so it sits in the orange: rust and amber backgrounds work best.
3. Work and CMS
Projects, Services, People, Articles, Roles, FAQ and Legal are CMS collections. The Home components (Viewfinder, Case Stack, Service Ring, People Strip, Journal Hover) have their own lists in the right panel, so update both.
4. Section pill
The pill at the bottom reads every section whose name starts with ‘§ ‘. Rename sections to change its label; keep the ‘§ ‘ prefix.
5. Showreel
Reel Frame plays any MP4 you upload. Keep it under 3 MB and add a poster image.
6. Contact
Change hello@pupil.studio in the footer, Contact page and Look CTA, and the studio clocks’ cities and time zones.
